Medicaid Proposal Strategy Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Medicaid Proposal Strategy to maximize the likelihood of winning Medicaid RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Proposal Strategy engagements to ensure alignment with business development and capture activities
• Develop relationships across the organization to translate state needs and RFP requirements into actionable Proposal Strategies
• Plan and coordinate multiple Proposal Strategy opportunities, creating key deliverables and supporting competitive analysis activities

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of Medicaid managed care experience or in an equivalent related field
• Proven ability to influence and form strong partnerships with various stakeholders
• Experience with Medicaid Proposals and/or business development
• Demonstrated technical operational, sales, growth, proposals, and/or capture management experience
