Medicaid Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the enrollment process for Out-of-State Medicaid, the full-time remote Medicaid Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage the submission of applications, maintain compliance with state regulations, and handle patient health information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and submit enrollment information for hospitals and physicians with Out-of-State Medicaid payers
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for new enrollments specific to each state
• Ensure timely submission of re-enrollment applications and maintain accurate provider files

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections
• 1+ years of client-facing/customer service experience
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
