Job Summary

Supporting state Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs, the full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist will manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer rebate invoicing and ensure accuracy through financial reconciliation and data analysis
• Maintain accounts receivable records and track disputes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Generate and support quarterly and ad hoc reporting initiatives related to Medicaid rebates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in Medicaid rebate administration
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
