Medicaid Rebate Analyst

Job Summary

Providing document review and data support remotely, the full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist will manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and accounts receivable activities while ensuring compliance with state Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the generation of quarterly Medicaid rebate invoices and ensure accuracy in invoicing and payment allocations
• Maintain accounts receivable records and assist in resolving discrepancies and unapplied balances
• Conduct data analysis and reporting activities to monitor outstanding receivables and identify process improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in Medicaid rebate administration
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
