Job Summary

Supporting state Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs, the full-time remote Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist will manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and accounts receivable activities while providing document review and data support to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rebate invoicing, including calculation, validation, and distribution of invoices
• Reconcile payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring compliance with service-level expectations
• Assist with manufacturer dispute research and documentation, including tracking and entering disputes in rebate systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of Medicaid rebate administration experience
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
