Job Summary

Providing document review and data support, the full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist will assist with managing rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and accounts receivable activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rebate invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs
• Reconcile payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
• Support reporting initiatives and assist with manufacturer dispute research and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of Medicaid rebate administration experience
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reconciliation
