Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist, the candidate will provide document review and data support, focusing on managing rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation for state Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and accounts receivable activities
• Support quarterly Medicaid rebate invoice generation and ensure invoicing deadlines are met
• Conduct financial reconciliation and maintain accurate accounts receivable records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of Medicaid rebate administration experience
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
