Job Summary

Supporting state Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs, the full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist will manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the generation and distribution of quarterly Medicaid rebate invoices while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accounts receivable records and reconcile payments against invoices, addressing discrepancies as needed
• Assist in reporting initiatives and monitor outstanding receivables to identify process improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in Medicaid rebate administration
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reconciliation
