Job Summary

Supporting state Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs, the full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist will manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and accounts receivable activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer rebate invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Reconcile payments and maintain accounts receivable records, addressing discrepancies as needed
• Support reporting initiatives and assist with manufacturer dispute research and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in Medicaid rebate administration
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or accounts receivable
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets and reporting tools
