Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and coach a team of Medicaid Sales Executives to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and operationalize the Medicaid go-to-market strategy, including segmentation and sales playbooks
- Forecast and report on pipeline performance and establish metrics for deal progression
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, specifically with Medicaid
- 4+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams
- Proven track record of building successful sales organizations for Medicaid MCOs or state-funded programs
- Ability to translate Medicaid policy changes into actionable sales strategies
- Strong accountability for growth performance KPIs with a data-driven approach
