Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Research complex issues and provide timely follow-up to ensure resolution for customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Preferably 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
  • Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customers
  • Proficiency in translating healthcare jargon into understandable instructions
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
