Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling
- Research complex issues and provide timely follow-up to ensure resolution for customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Preferably 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
- Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customers
- Proficiency in translating healthcare jargon into understandable instructions
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
