Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
- Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer needs
- Proficient in navigating healthcare-related processes and conflict management
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
