Medicaid Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor (Out of State Medicaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and assist in developing department processes
• Manage employee performance, provide feedback, and ensure adequate training opportunities
• Monitor billing procedures, maintain data integrity, and conduct periodic audits for compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Out Of State Medicaid programs required
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
