Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Team Leader to oversee cases and manage a team of Eligibility & Application Support Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 people, including hiring and training
  • Evaluate cases and develop customized eligibility planning strategies for clients
  • Conduct performance reviews and address any disciplinary issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with people management experience
  • Working knowledge of long-term Medicaid and eligibility rules
  • Experience with financial data analysis and spreadsheet calculations
  • Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, and PDF editing software
