Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor Test Engineer - Medicaid Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Define testing strategy, develop standard processes, and monitor testing metrics
• Oversee project resource management, risk assessments, and compliance with SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with healthcare and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and distributed teams
• Proficiency in SQL for test data and backend validation
