Medicaid Test Manager

Job Summary

Leading the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects, the full-time Medicaid Test Manager will manage testing strategies, oversee resource allocation, and ensure quality delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects, implementing standard processes and metrics
• Supervise project resource management and monitor productivity to ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects
• Drive root cause analysis for defects and implement continuous improvement strategies while managing client service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with healthcare and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting, as well as SQL for test data validation
• Experience managing large-scale projects and distributed teams
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM)
