Medicaid Test Manager

Job Summary

Leading the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects, the full-time remote Medicaid Test Manager will manage testing strategies, resource allocation, and quality assurance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects while developing standard processes and metrics
• Supervise work allocation and resource capacity, ensuring productivity across multiple projects
• Manage project scope and risks, participating in governance meetings to ensure compliance with SLAs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with healthcare and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting, as well as experience with SQL for test data validation
• Experience managing large-scale projects and distributed teams
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM)
