Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to manage relationships with third-party service providers and oversee Medicaid reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in establishing a standardized Medicaid reimbursement framework and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, maintaining records and developing training for standards
  • Implement data collection processes and generate reports to analyze reimbursement trends and improve services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Medicaid reimbursement and vendor relationship management, preferably in education
  • Strong understanding of federal and state Medicaid regulations
  • Proven ability to manage complex reimbursement systems and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Medicaid billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
