• At least three years of experience in healthcare insurance accounts receivable follow-up
• Experience with accounts receivable software and navigating payer sites
• Knowledge of medical business office procedures and third-party payer billing
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity requirements and work with cross-functional teams
