Medical Admissions Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Medical Admissions Consulting program, the full-time remote Medical Admissions Operations Lead will manage admissions team members, oversee customer service communications, and ensure high-quality advising through effective people management and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage admissions team members, including onboarding, performance management, and daily supervision
• Serve as a senior point of contact for customer service issues, resolving escalations and enhancing student satisfaction
• Oversee advising workflows and maintain accurate student-facing materials related to the admissions process

Required qualifications

• Experience leading or administering a medical school admissions program, preferably in a senior admissions leadership role
• Deep familiarity with the medical school application process and relevant application systems
• Proven people-management experience in a service or education environment
• Proficiency with data tracking and visualization tools, including spreadsheets and dashboards
• Strong organizational skills with experience in maintaining SOPs and quality assurance documentation
