Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of life science organizations in complex specialty markets, the full-time remote Medical Affairs Engagement Manager will develop business strategies, conduct research, and collaborate with clients to meet their project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business strategies through primary and secondary research, producing documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to identify project requirements and manage scheduling of interactions to align with business goals
• Formulate customer objectives and communicate specific needs to team members for effective research execution

Required qualifications

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in business or a life sciences-related field
• 4+ years of experience in consulting management within the life sciences pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience in creating and evaluating commercial strategies for pharmaceutical brands
• Experience working with medical affairs teams
