Medical Affairs Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director - Medical Affairs, Cardiometabolic Health (CMH).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned components of the U.S. medical strategy in alignment with brand and portfolio priorities
• Contribute to evidence generation initiatives by leading assigned workstreams or analyses and translating data into Medical Affairs insights
• Engage externally with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders to conduct compliant scientific exchange and capture insights

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy, board eligible or certified in related specialty
• A minimum of 5 years experience in customer-facing roles within the US healthcare system
• A minimum of 8 years in Medical Affairs, clinical research, or pharmaceutical development
• Experience in obesity, diabetes, or cardiometabolic therapeutic areas is preferred
• Proven track record in publications, advisory boards, and scientific engagement
