Medical Affairs Governance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Medical Governance framework for Medical Affairs
• Lead governance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee inspection readiness efforts and act as a point of contact for audits and regulatory inspections

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; MS or equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or related functions in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong background in Medical Governance, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs
• Experience developing SOPs and governance frameworks for medical organizations
• Proven track record in inspection readiness and compliance oversight for Medical Affairs functions
