Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Medical Affairs, Medical Affairs Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute medical training strategy and serve as a subject matter expert in cellular therapy
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives for Medical Affairs staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness and congress preparation
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced terminal degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or other advanced medical degree (NP, PA, etc.) preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or training within the biopharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Experience with medical affairs training programs
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and budgets in a cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with current computer operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and Veeva
