Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Affairs Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IEP team meetings and logistics, ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed
• Maintain study trackers and data generation summaries, collecting updates quarterly
• Monitor deliverable progress and escalate risks to leadership as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (e.g., MS, MPH) with 4 years of experience; or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or project management
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for clinical trials and Medical Affairs activities
• Experience in interventional and observational research or medical affairs-related programs
• 3-5 years of experience in the medical affairs or pharmaceutical industry
