Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Affairs Writer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global medical communication and publication plans
• Author, edit, and manage various medical communication deliverables including manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations
• Ensure scientific accuracy and manage internal review processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MS with relevant experience)
• 10+ years of medical or scientific writing experience in biotech, pharma, or medical communications
• Experience authoring manuscripts, abstracts, and congress materials
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, statistics, and data interpretation
• Working knowledge of publication ethics and guidelines (ICMJE, GPP)
