Job Summary

To support a growing virtual and home-based medical practice, the full-time Clinical Associate - Medical Assistant will coordinate care for members through telehealth visits, manage order and care coordination, and provide patient education, requiring Medical Assistant Certification.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing members for telehealth visits and ensuring comfort during the onboarding process
• Coordinating with healthcare partners for durable medical equipment, lab testing, and follow-up care
• Advocating for members by addressing care coordination issues and providing educational resources

Required qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification (active or expired)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Two years of patient-facing experience, preferably with telehealth exposure
• Experience in primary care is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to manage a large member panel effectively
