Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Champion / Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the check-in process, measure and record vital signs, and communicate with providers
Conduct non-invasive diagnostic procedures and ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate follow-up appointments and assist with new member enrollments

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year related work experience in healthcare
Proficiency in Google Suite (Documents, Sheets, Forms)
Proficiency with medical technology, including EMR and mobile apps
Must live within commuting distance to Chicago, IL
Passionate about Obesity Medicine, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral health is a plus
