Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate, Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist LPNs with non-medical tasks such as referrals and care plans
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, coordinating appointments and follow-ups
• Conduct intake assessments and maintain detailed records of patient interactions

Qualifications

• Experience as a medical assistant
• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Experience with Epic or other EMRs is preferred
• Account management experience and technical troubleshooting skills
• Must be available to work Pacific Time hours
