Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Team Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support in a virtual healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls, performing triage and documenting interactions
• Prepare and deliver lab results and other important patient information in a timely manner
• Assist in pre-visit preparations and complete necessary forms for provider review

Required Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent, or at least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
• Spanish fluency preferred
