Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Bill Review Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of the team to ensure performance goals are met
• Conduct reviews, audits, and monitor the quality of work related to medical bill review claims
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements while communicating effectively with clients and other departments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 3+ years of experience with Workers Compensation Medical Bill Review
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation rules and regulations
