Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Biller (Full Cycle AR & Denials) - Hybrid | Nightshift.

Key Responsibilities

• Post medical charges, payments, and journal entries to patient accounts accurately and timely
• Verify insurance filing information and patient registration data, and follow up on unpaid claims
• Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper processing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing and coding
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines, including HMO/PPO, Medicare, and state Medicaid
• Familiarity with eligibility verification and precertification processes
• Ability to handle protected health information in compliance with HIPAA
• Experience with denial management and credentialing is a plus
