Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Medical Biller to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle billing questions
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and ensure proper payment posting
• Establish working relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and account monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative or customer service experience required
• Minimum 1 year of medical billing or certified coding experience strongly preferred
• Data entry skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
