Medical Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Specialty Billing & Collections Analyst will conduct monthly pre-billing reviews, process client adjustments, and utilize various collection techniques to resolve payment issues while ensuring data integrity for invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly pre-billing reviews and data quality analyses to ensure accurate invoicing
• Process client and provider adjustments to maintain correct month-end invoices
• Resolve payment issues through collection techniques and relationship management with business clients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• At least two years of billing analytical experience in a team environment
• Medical billing and coding license preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with Excel; familiarity with DMETrack software preferred
• Understanding of durable medical equipment and healthcare billing processes preferred
