Medical Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Conducting monthly pre-billing reviews and data quality analyses, the full-time Specialty Billing & Collections Analyst will ensure invoice accuracy, manage client adjustments, and utilize collection techniques to resolve payment issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly pre-billing reviews and data quality analysis to ensure invoice accuracy
• Process client and provider adjustments for month-end invoices and manage collection efforts
• Submit specialty billing for PACE and Medicaid clients, reconcile EOBs, and conduct accounts receivable follow-up

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• At least two years of billing analytical experience required
• Medical billing and coding license preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or medical fields preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong Excel skills required
