Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily posting of payments and reconcile payments
• Create and post claims to send to insurance and manage claim follow-ups
• Communicate with providers and resolve coding issues while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Billing and Coding certificate, diploma, or degree required
• 2-3 years of outpatient billing experience
• Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred, but not required
