Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing AR Specialist - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and correct denial claims in medical billing to ensure payment
• Manage accounts receivable processes and interact with insurance companies and patients
• Utilize multiple electronic clinical programs and websites for billing tasks

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Medical AR Billing strongly preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1-3 years of related healthcare experience and/or medical billing training
• Familiarity with ModMed is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of medical insurance
• Comfortable multitasking and handling denied claims/appeals
