Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Medical Billing Call Center Representative will greet patients, resolve inquiries, and manage confidential billing information in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients and address customer questions with a focus on one-call resolution
- Update confidential information, process payments, and manage tasks within internal work queues
