Job Summary

A company is looking for a Center Liaison to support outpatient addiction treatment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all scheduled appointments have confirmed valid insurance and understand eligibility coverage
• Communicate proactively with centers regarding patient insurance coverage details
• Submit and secure prior authorizations with insurances and obtain referrals from primary care physicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of medical billing experience
• Full understanding of medical insurance coverage and benefits
• Ability to request and obtain authorizations and referrals
• Strong data entry skills
