Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Faculty: Medical Billing & Coding Certificate and Content Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online courses and engage actively with students, providing feedback and support for their success
• Complete quality checks of assigned courses and maintain accurate student grading reports
• Assist in retention efforts and provide feedback on course content and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in Health Information Management and/or Healthcare Administration
• 18 graduate credit hours in Health Information Management and/or Healthcare Administration
• At least two years of working experience in medical billing and coding or related fields within the last 7 years
• At least one year of online higher education teaching experience
• Certification such as CCS, CCS-P, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT
