Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist for a 2nd shift remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage initial patient intake, including answering calls, collecting information, and processing paperwork
  • Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks, while maintaining quality control throughout the process
  • Provide support and education to customers regarding products and services, addressing questions and concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Experience with medical equipment is preferred
  • Experience in medical billing practices and reimbursement is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification is preferred
  • One year of related work experience is preferred
