Job Summary

Providing essential support to the CPAP Centralized Care Team, the part-time Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist will manage new order intake, conduct insurance verification, and assist patients and referral sources, all while working remotely during the 2nd shift from 11:30 am to 8 pm CST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of initial intake, including answering calls, collecting information, and processing paperwork
  • Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services and products
  • Provide patient advocacy by addressing questions and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with medical billing practices and reimbursement preferred
  • Experience in healthcare administration or patient intake preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
  • One year of related work experience preferred
