Job Summary

A company is looking for a Center Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all scheduled appointments have confirmed valid insurance and understand eligibility coverage and out-of-pocket expenses
• Proactively communicate with centers regarding patient insurance coverage details
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and providers, and meet regularly with the RCM Director to resolve eligibility issues

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of medical billing experience
• Full understanding of medical insurance coverage and benefits
• Ability to request and obtain authorizations and referrals
• Strong data entry skills
