Job Summary

Working remotely or on-site, the full-time Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Payor Verification Representative will manage the verification of benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket amounts with primary, secondary, and tertiary payors using payor portals and phone communications.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize payor portals and phone for benefit verification
• Analyze work processes to maximize efficiency and meet team goals
• Respond to inquiries and complaints while preparing reports based on gathered data

Required qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in medical billing
• Prior experience with payor verification or direct communication with payors
• Intermediate knowledge of computers and related technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Professional and empathetic written and verbal communication skills
