Job Summary

Working remotely or onsite, the full-time Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Payor Verification representative will verify benefits, deductibles, and out-of-pocket amounts by utilizing payor portals and communicating with payors via telephone.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate benefit issues and solve problems to ensure timely verification
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and deadlines
• Analyze work processes to enhance efficiency in benefit verification tasks

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of medical billing experience, including payor verification
• Intermediate proficiency in computer technology and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and Word)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience communicating directly with payors
