Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing & Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve overdue medical accounts
Assist patients with payment arrangements and disputes
Re-bill insurance companies as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED
1-2 years of experience in call center/collections operations in the healthcare field
Working knowledge of insurance collection, including verification and follow-up activities
Experience with medical billing software is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
