Key Responsibilities

• Manage the claims lifecycle, including submission, follow-up, and resolution of unpaid claims
• Research and resolve claim denials and rejections, submitting appeals and documenting account activity
• Collaborate with various departments to address issues affecting account resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in resolving outstanding medical claims
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, and payer rules related to behavioral health services
• Proficiency in EHR systems and insurance verification software
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services for remote work
