Key Responsibilities

• Review accounts to ensure accuracy of balance
• Provide account maintenance and manage collection for accounts 90 days and older
• Post insurance and patient payments to appropriate accounts and handle billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or 5 years of experience without a degree
• Experience in health insurance, medical terminology, and CPT codes
• Proficiency in medical software programs and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and organizational skills
• Empathy towards patients and strong customer service skills
