Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Refunds Specialist who will manage refunds to insurance companies and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle refund requests in a timely manner
• Post and record refunds accurately
• Communicate with attorneys, no fault, worker's compensation, and the Veterans Administration as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in cash posting or refunds
• Strong mathematical ability
• Ability to read and understand Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
• Previous experience handling refunds is helpful
• Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple monitors
