Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Associate (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging by region and coordinate follow-ups on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts regularly to resolve discrepancies and address payer inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits and ensure compliance with billing practices and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with medical insurance accounts receivable
• Billing and Coding certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience in insurance verification with Medicaid and commercial payers
• Associates Degree preferred
• Experience with Google Suites (Google Sheets, Google Docs) for 3+ years
